It's been a busy few weeks. After Christmas, I hoped things would settle down some, I should be so lucky. We seem to have March fully booked now, with lots going on. Of course March always means Mothers Day shortly followed by my birthday (though they have coincided once!). But this year we have the added event that is King Richard III's re-interment. Louie has had a longstanding interest in King Richard, so this will be a big deal in our household, especially as the cortege bringing his body from Bosworth to Leicester Cathedral will be passing through our village! Very exciting!
But in busy times, it isn't so easy to get the camera out for nice photos, so of course the next best thing is camera phone! Even when the blog is quiet, we still hang out on instagram! Hopefully we will all be feeling better soon (we still have the hideous cough lingering in the household, hopefully no more emergency trips to the doctors!) and we can get out and enjoy the beautiful spring light which we enjoyed yesterday.

Our Week
Another little instagram dump from our very, very busy week. After getting the keys to our home last week, we have been frantically moving our belongings in to our new house. What with work and school now, it has been incredibly stressful! I can't wait for it to be Saturday already so that we can get moved and settled in for good.

Round Up
Another round up of our week via Instagram. I do apologise for being much better at updating instagram than my lovely blog as of late. My time, simply has not been spent on my computer I am afraid.
Too much time spent out of doors, crafting, painting, making, reading and planning. This past week has been filled with
- a camera-less visit to Packwood House in the pouring rain, just me, the husband and the bee.
- picking colours for our new house from the Farrow and Ball catalogue
- painting a bird house
- playing cowboys
- buying school uniforms
- nana/mother hen's birthday
- painting with oil paints for the first time in 6 years
- a breakfast picnic
- my Auntie and Uncles Ruby wedding anniversary BBQ, including looking through old wedding photos!
