Mothering Sunday.

A family walk around the local reservoir followed by roast beef and games at Nanas.

Foggy

It has been ages since I have gotten out and photographed the fog, which is surprising seeing as we get a fair amount of it out in the sticks! Thornton Reservoir was looking mighty eerie this morning as we had a lazy Sunday stroll/bike ride around the lovely water.

Nature Walk

A Saturday afternoon stroll come nature walk around Thornton Reservoir. A big long walk for small and poorly legs but slow and steady wins the race and we made it around in one piece!

Thornton Reservoir

All of our days plans fell through today so Mr Bee and I visited Thornton Reservoir for a walk. It was hot and sticky but we saw some beautiful scenery.
Our evening walk was substituted with a trip to the ice-cream parlour in the city centre. White chocolate for me and a scoop each of banoffee for  the boys. A late night but totally worth it!
