Last week we spent some time in the bird hide at Calke Abbey. I used to tag along bird watching with my Dad when I was tiny, but it hasn't been something I have done since. I believe that we saw mainly Blue Tits and Gold Finches but I am no twitcher! It was fascinating and something I really must do some more of!
