Uni Pals 2015
Someone decided it was too long since the uni bunch had a get together so we organised a little party! An Italian feast at San Carlo, it was absolutely yummy! The last time we were all together like this was probably 2012/2013, so it was great to catch up with everyone.
As we were child free for the evening, we all decided to go to a local bar for a drink and a chat. I bumped into an old school friend (who remarked on our very boring Christmas party!!) but it was a truly lovely evening. We will have to make sure we get together before the big Ronzano wedding in August!

Come Dine With Me
Months ago at work, we joked about hosting a 'Come Dine With Me' evening, having everyone over for a lovely little dinner party. Well of course, I was nominated to be the host so when Dan and the Bee took themselves off to the North West for the weekend, it was (almost) the perfect time to host our little soiree!
I think the girls enjoyed their meal, it was such fun making it and having a good old girly gossip with yummy cocktails and strawberry wine!!
The Menu
Pomegranate Mojito Cocktails
To Start
Mahon Mushrooms
The Main Event
Beef and Proscuitto Lasagne with Garlic Baguettes
To Finish
Coffee Gelato with a Chocoalte and Caramel Crumb

Sweets for my Sweet
A special batch of Mojito cupcakes as a little Valentines treat for the Mr. His favourite cocktail in sweet little cupcake form. Of course, the little Bee couldn't miss out on a tasty treat and dug in before Papa even came home.

Long Day
So much to do, so little time!
Housework and LOTS of preparation for a craft fair very early tomorrow morning!
Mr Bee has been missing Papa and Nana and has been generally glum :(
A busy day and a busier evening and a well deserved cocktail in my favourite vessel, my Dads old drinking glass.
