Bradgate Park

Today we have all been out to Bradgate Park for a nice brisk wintery walk. Our very close friend, Kieran (also known as my brother) came up from Bristol to visit us.
It was fairly chilly out, only just above freezing, which made everything look so beautiful and frosty.

It was VERY slippery in places and Kieran slipped and fell on his bum! Not a good look for his date later on!
Mr Bee was absolutely fascinated with the deer, calling them 'Nanoo' like he did reindeers at Christmas. He was calling them deeeeeeeeeeeer by the time we were on our way home.

The fog was decending, had to get a picture of the Defender!

As well as the deer, Mr Bee was fascinated by the waterfall. He sat for ages watching the water splash into the stream below.

It was nice to have a bit of a play with my lovely new camera. It is going to take some getting used to! We had such a lovely walk, we all came home thoroughly tired.

Whilst Mr Bee was sleeping, I took the opportunity to upload images of all the things that I have made for sale on to my new blog page, which can be found at www.thebeehivecrafts.com. It is getting there slowly but surely.

Too tired from our walk, we decided to go out for our dinner. A quick text later and we were meeting Vito and Becka at the new Nando's near us. Great meal, didn't love Lou throwing a full glass of Coke in my lap though... never mind!
